1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Mobile device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, app version
- Usage Data: Features accessed, timestamps, interaction patterns, and navigation paths within the app
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens required to deliver push notifications
1.3 IoT Sensor Data
If you connect humidity/temperature monitoring devices (Shelly sensors), we collect:
- Environmental Readings: Humidity levels, temperature measurements, and timestamps
- Device Status: Online/offline status, battery levels, connectivity information
- Historical Data: Time-series data of environmental readings for trend analysis and alerting
1.4 User-Generated Content
We collect content you voluntarily provide:
- Service Request Submissions: Descriptions, categories, and urgency levels
- Photos and Images: Images uploaded with service requests to document issues
- Quote Requests: Inspection reports (PDFs), property details, and specific repair item requests

When you delete your account, it is deleted immediately: your sign-in, your profile, your sensors and their readings, your alerts and notifications, the requests you made in the app, and the files you uploaded. Uploaded files are removed from storage at the same time, or within a day if storage is briefly unavailable. We keep a record that an account was deleted, holding no personal information, so that it is not recreated. Quotes, invoices, job and visit records, and photographs our crew took at your property are business records kept in our scheduling system and are not deleted with your account.

- Keep your app updated to receive security patches
6. Your Privacy Rights

Deleting your account does not cancel a Crawlspace Care Program membership or anything else we bill you for; contact us to cancel those. See Section 4 for what is kept as a business record.
6.4 Communication Preferences
You can manage your notification preferences: - Push Notifications: Adjust in your device settings or app preferences - Email Notifications: Use unsubscribe links or contact us - Essential Communications: Service-critical alerts cannot be disabled while using the service
6.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of: - Marketing communications (while still receiving service-related messages) - Non-essential data collection for analytics (contact us to request)
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at info@trianglereconstruction.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
