Delete your Triangle Reconstruction account

You can permanently delete the account you use in the Triangle Reconstruction app. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

Open the app, go to Account, then tap Delete Account and follow the steps. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email info@trianglereconstruction.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account, or call us at (919) 924-7600. We confirm the request is yours, delete the account, and reply when it is done — within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and profile
Your sensors and their readings, and your alerts
Service and quote requests you made in the app, and their messages
Photos and documents you uploaded
Your notifications and referral code

What is not deleted

Quotes, invoices, jobs and visit history. These are our business records, kept in our scheduling system.
Photographs our crew took at your property.

We keep a record that an account was deleted, holding no personal information, so that it is not recreated.

Crawlspace Care Program: deleting your account does not cancel a membership or anything else we bill you for. To cancel, call us at (919) 924-7600.
